As a result the approach to environmental management is one of stewardship for future generations rather than exploitation for short term gain - achieved by working towards restoring and enhancing the ecological value of the property and the surrounding.

Implementing appropriate techniques of rain water harvesting, appropriate plantation & looking at land as a source of income. Reducing the burden on the land itself so as to minimize external dependency. We strive to bring about alternatives to high carbon footprint building construction techniques & materials. One of the ways in which we do that is by reviving time tested age old techniques & re-interpreting them to fit the needs of today.

We are continuously working towards making these technologies accessible to the masses & facilitating it’s use in the urban environment.
